  4. Schedule your free assessment (when appropriate) or be referred to a doctor or a non Repair & Rebuild Program

We ask you to answer a few questions and speak to one of our RepairRebuild coaches before getting started.

If we’re not the right answer for you we’ll tell you who is.

Starter Pack

Ready to get out of pain?

  • $425 for 6 Personal Training Sessions
  • Starts with a Comprehensive Assessment so we can build a program for your individual needs.
  • The starter pack is required for anyone who is going to do custom programming.

Individual Programming


  • A custom program developed just for you, designed to help you get out of pain and get back to doing the things you love.
  • Weekly program modifications based on performance, and subsequent assessments.
  • Open communication with your coach.
  • Best for those who have experience working out, and can follow a plan without the accountability of a trainer by their side.
  • $249 per month with a 3-month requirement.
  • $1,245 for 6 months upfront.
  • $2,490 for 12 months upfront.

Personal Training


  • Custom program developed just for you.
  • Weekly program modifications based on performance and subsequent assessments.
  • Have a trainer guide you on every step of your individual programming.
  • Best for those who lack experience workout out and need the accountability of a trainer by their side.
  • Each session lasts 45-60 minutes.
  • 12 Sessions – $1,020 ($85 each)
  • 24 Sessions – $1,800 ($75 each)
