If you treat CrossFit SOAR like a fitness program and listen to the Coaches, the risk of injury is small. There are risks with any fitness program. Injuries happen when you push beyond your limits too often and stop listening to your Coach. If you treat CrossFit like a sport instead of using CrossFit as your training program, you will increase your chance of injury. Sports push you to the limit and beyond and injuries are a natural occurrence due to that. Every person who has ever played a sport has been injured. The question is really whether or not you are willing to listen to the Coaches.
