Are you taking additional safety precautions to restrict the spread of COVID-19?

Yes. We have dedicated significant resources to ensure your safety and to help you feel at ease during uncertain times. This page is full of steps we’re taking to prioritize your safety.

Can I bring my kids to the gym?

Yes, but with restrictions.  They must be masked at all times and stay off of the gym floor during class hours.

Do I need to reserve a spot in class ahead of time?

Health and government officials have asked that businesses maintain 30 days of records and encourage reservations for all appointments. Please help us control the flow of traffic by reserving your spot in a class.

How do I sign up for classes?

When you join SOAR, you will receive a link to our app.  On this app, you can update your personal info, payment info, purchase new memberships and sign up for classes.

Will the showers be open?

Showers and changing areas are currently open for use. Please use the facilities responsibly and maintain social distancing at all times.

Will you still offer online options?

Yes, we have 3 different options:

  • Template only that has the warm-up and workouts posted with videos – $39 per month
  • Remote Programming – $249
  • Remote Programming plus Personal Training – $339
